Which files can I migrate?
Word (.docx) and RTF documents — the primary, highest-fidelity path, where confidence scoring is strongest. PDF and image sources are also supported via visual reconstruction (Beta): lower fidelity than a Word/RTF source, so review it more carefully.
What does the confidence score mean?
The AI does one narrow job — labelling the variable text — and reports how sure it is on every field. Low-confidence fields flag themselves, so you review the handful that are uncertain instead of re-checking everything. (AI migration is in Beta.)
Is the generated document deterministic?
Yes. Structure, layout and rendering are 100% code — no AI at generation time — so the same input always produces the same PDF, HTML or DOCX.
Can I generate from my own app?
Yes — a keyed /v1 API generates single documents and batches. See the API docs.
What happens at my plan's limit?
Check Settings → Usage any time to see how close you are. Migration, recognition and generation all pause at the credit cap until the next monthly cycle or an upgrade — you're never billed for usage you didn't buy.
How is my data handled?
