Every plan includes the full deterministic engine and confidence-scored migration. Plans differ only in credits.
1 credit = 1 rendered page. No bands, no per-document minimum — generating a 3-page invoice costs 3 credits, a 12-page tenancy agreement costs 12. Migrating a document into a template also spends credits, priced by the AI work it takes: migrating a template into Ristmark costs about 18 credits — that’s the step that runs the AI; recognizing an already-uploaded document is similar.
| Plan | Price | Credits (= pages) / mo | ≈ documents / mo |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 200 + 400 one-time migration credits | 50 |
| Starter | €29 | 2,000 | 500 |
| Pro | €79 | 8,000 | 2,000 |
| Scale | €199 | 24,000 | 6,000 |
Document counts are computed at 4 pages/document — above every profile we’ve measured, so “500 documents” holds even for a document-heavy customer. Most months you’ll get more.
/v1 API — 1 credit per rendered page, always. Each item in an API batch — or a row in a spreadsheet-generate run — is metered the same way.Free gets 200 credits every month for generating documents, plus a separate, one-time 400-credit grant for migrating your first templates. The grant doesn’t renew and can’t be spent on generation — it exists so migrating your templates never leaves you with nothing left to actually generate a document with. Once it’s gone, migration and recognition draw from your monthly allowance like everything else.
Your monthly allowance resets every billing period. If you buy additional credits on top of it, that balance is permanent — it carries over month to month and is drawn from only after your monthly allowance (and, on Free, the one-time migration grant) runs out.
Check Settings → Usage any time to see how close you are to a cap. At the cap, further migrations/recognitions/generations pause until your next monthly cycle — or until you upgrade or buy more credits. Every plan hard-stops at its cap — you’re never billed for usage you didn’t buy.
Settings → Plans → Upgrade. Changes take effect immediately; billing is handled through Stripe. Cancelling returns you to the Free plan at the end of the period.
